Shed 10 - Waterfront

Restoration of one of the last remaining cargo shed’s on Auckland’s waterfront which is a Category 1 listed building. Involved considerable structural strengthening, recladding and new steel windows, escalators, lifts and a complete interior restoration. The restored space now functions as a cruise ship terminal as well as multipurpose event space. MCCL took over this project after the demise of Mainzeal.
