• High-stud double apex structural steel portal frame (76m Clear Span)

• Post tensioned concrete warehouse slab

• Longrun metal roof, valley box gutter centreline of warehouse, downpipes feed a central stormwater drain

• Low height precast walls to warehouse, longrun metal clad walls above

• Fully sprinklered building (warehouse, canopies, office)

• Dispatch and receiving offices located at each end of  warehouse

• Aluminium composite cladding ‘eye brow’ to office and north canopy

• Heavy duty concrete yards and ROW

• Landscaping

• Extensive racking layout (direct by tenant)
