Project description

• This was construction of the two level Lincoln Road Medical Centre with Waitemata Endoscopy fitout on Level 1. With a total GFA of 1200m2 building, fitted out to hospital standard.

• MCCL contracted on an open book ECI procurement model.

Construction                        

• Base build completed by Macrennie Construction under separate contract, involving two story medical centre, with two way lift access.

• External cladding in glazing, precast concrete and schist cladding.

• A compact, service intensive fitout contract containing the following specialised services: medical gases, electrical UPS, nurse call system etc.

• Medical grade hygiene and finishes.
  Alterations to basebuild services, plant platforms and service shafts.

• Maintaining operation of Ground Floor facility during fitout phase.
