• Construction of a brand new New World supermarket for Foodstuffs North Island Ltd. Consisting of 1600m2 of retail space, 700m2 of service space and 700m2 mezzanine of office space

• MCCL contracted under negotiated ECE model

• Canzac joint free concrete slab to retail space

• Steel portal frame with Hibond mezzanine level

• The envelope consisted of a mix of textured precast, glass façade and longrun steel roofing

• Extensive fitout of services including specific designed mechanical and refrigeration systems

• Fully sprinklered building

• Extensive internal joinery and metalwork finishes

• Large carpark and siteworks package
