Michael joined Macrennie in
2006 and is the foundation of the estimation department. Sound quantity surveying knowledge, cost planning ability and client focus enable him to work closely and collaboratively with project teams to consistently drive value.
This is complemented through the lasting and valuable procurement relationships he has established over the years with suppliers and
service providers.

Tim O’Leary

Tim has been with the company since 2000 and is a profound influence on the ‘Macrennie Way’. His focus is consistently on creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, personnel and subcontractors. He has taken great pride in delivering multiple Award-winning commercial and industrial projects which have become iconic structures based on quality of design and construction.

Steve Anderson

Steve started with Macrennie in 2003. His broad experience on large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects has given him a vast toolbox of practical, technical, and cost-effective management strategies to resolve any challenge. He is a master at working closely with project teams and clients to ensure construction work is kept on track and delivered to best practice standards.

Bryce Caldwell

Major Projects Manager

Bryce has more than 30 years’ experience in construction, 20 of these with Macrennie. He has overseen some of the largest commercial and residential projects in the country including the multi- award winning Iron Bank building. His constant focus is on nurturing excellent relationships with clients and suppliers, while ensuring every project comes in on time, to specification, and on budget - if not better.

Working alongside the Directors is a team of highly-skilled construction professionals with extensive capabilities covering the full range - from project management, quantity surveying, cost planning and programming, through to site management and carpentry. Many of these colleagues started their careers through our apprenticeship scheme.
