• Longrun metal roofing and wall cladding

• Low height precast panel to warehouse with feature precast to the offices

• The external walls consists of a combination of precast concrete, longrun metal roofing, titan board and frontline aluminium windows

• Extensive fitout including a complex service layout

• Fully sprinklered building

• Included a large joinery and internal metalwork package, this was split between two subcontractors, the management of this through to completion was essential in delivering a completed building ready for store opening
