Construction Details
The site is retained to the north and south with a combination
of timber and steel retainging walls (Max 5000mm high)
The building is founded on large displacement pads, lowered
in isolation around public services
Constructed of a insitu concrete columns, precast shell beams
as a moment frame, and dycore suspended flooring system
The office façade is a four sided structurally glazed curtain wall to all facades. The carpark building is wrapped in a perforated aluminium screen
The core contains 3 Lifts servicing each half height in the building (front and rear doors), and there are 4 egress stairs across the floor plate (2 in the office, and 2 in the carpark)
Mechanical services are designed and installed as a chilled water system
