Construction of a 4 Level A Grade Commercial office building with adjoining 5 Level Carpark. Consisting of 6000m2 of office and 7000m2 of carparking. MCCL was engaged early on an ECI basis.

Construction Details

  • The site is retained to the north and south with a combination
    of timber and steel retainging walls (Max 5000mm high)


  • The building is founded on large displacement pads, lowered
    in isolation around public services


  • Constructed of a insitu concrete columns, precast shell beams
    as a moment frame, and dycore suspended flooring system


  • The office façade is a four sided structurally glazed curtain wall to all facades. The carpark building is wrapped in a perforated aluminium screen


  • The core contains 3 Lifts servicing each half height in the building (front and rear doors), and there are 4 egress stairs across the floor plate (2 in the office, and 2 in the carpark)


  • Mechanical services are designed and installed as a chilled water system


  • This project is a 5 Star Greenstar Project
