Construction of a two-level office (4,200m2), warehouse space (2,000m2) and kennel area (2,000m2) across the development on Auckland International Airport land. A high level of architectural detail throughout. MCCL were contracted on a ECE model.

Steel framed building with rib and tile flooring. Partial exposed ceiling brought complexities to the project with tolerances and aesthetics of services
A range of cladding materials including a curved unitised curtain wall system for the main façade
Internal exposed precast panels with timber finish
Integrated complex fitout
This building contained the most intricate electrical, security and data design we have encountered in an industrial project of this nature
The kennels contained a full wet area for dogs and wash down bays through-out. With segregated grassed areas fully fenced and secure
This project had extensive landscaping including a gabion wall entrance
