Longrun metal roof, valley box gutter centreline of warehouse, downpipes feed a central stormwater drain
Low height precast walls to warehouse, longrun metal clad walls above
Fully sprinklered building (warehouse, canopies, office)
Dispatch and receiving offices located at each end of warehouse
Aluminium composite cladding ‘eye brow’ to office and north canopy
Heavy duty concrete yards and ROW
