Construction of a brand new New World supermarket for Foodstuffs North Island Ltd. Consisting of 1600m2 of retail space, 700m2 of service space and 700m2 mezzanine of office space. MCCL contracted under negotiated ECE model.

Steel portal frame with Hibond mezzanine level
The envelope consisted of a mix of textured precast, glass façade and longrun steel roofing
Extensive fitout of services including specific designed mechanical and refrigeration systems
Fully sprinklered building
Extensive internal joinery and metalwork finishes
Large carpark and siteworks package
