• Structural steel construction with ‘K’ braced frame

• Precast concrete lift and stair core + fire rated boundary panels

• Speedfloor flooring system with concrete topping

• Sprinklered building (co-ordinated to run through Speedfloor joists) with hydrant riser in core

• Webforge Screens to stair core

• Aluminium louvred screen, doubles as fall protection

• Galvanised steel mesh screening

• Schindler Lift

• Honed and polished precast stair treads and risers
