• Construction of 11 high-end apartments over 4 levels

• Reuse of existing structure and brick façade

• MCCL contracted under negotiated ECI model

Construction                        

• A very constrained site, utilising an existing building structure

• Reinforced concrete superstructure including concrete columns, precast beams with flatslab and Rib & Tile flooring

• The lift and stair core with a single lift

• The roof is a longrun metal, decks with torch-on membrane to falls over below apartments

• A predominantly glazed façade overlooking full length decking out to the Auckland harbour

• A complex aluminium balustrade system, full length to the decks at each level

• Full sprinkler and air-conditioned building throughout
