• Construction of 40,000m2 of warehouse and parcels area with 6,000m2 of A Grade office space over 3 levels with.
  Which includes:

  • Enabling site (cut/fill 60,000m3)

  • Embeded rail running through warehouse

  • Rail to Road cross-dock

  • Suspended structural steel gantry walkway

  • Pacific Steel Water Treatment plant ($12m)

  • Main arterial roadway upgrade ($10m)

• MCCL engaged through a novated Design and Build

• Steltech steel portal frame to warehouse

• “Combi Slab” concrete warehouse slabs

• Longrun metal roofing and wall cladding

• Low height precast panel to warehouse breezeway with parallel docking

• Feature precast to the offices

• Vertical aluminium fins supported by decorative fascia PFC frame to office

• Fully sprinklered building (warehouse, office, canopies)

• Feature Frontline Altus aluminium windows, framed and supported with heavy steel plate

• Heavy duty concrete yards with embedded rail

• Complex heavy industry water treatment plant
